Hmm, another interesting topic. I do have an answer for this, but not because of his films.
Kevin Smith.
Not because his films are bad. I like them all. But after listening to several of his self important podcasts, I just got fed up. Outside of his film making he seems to be a one note pony. Same jokes, same stories and same woe is me when the world wrongs him. Perhaps this is my own fault for listening to all the podcasts, but I dunno. I'll still see his new movie. And maybe someday I'll listen to his podcasts again, but I think I got overexposed to him.
That being said, here is my favorite film by Kevin Smith, Dogma.
Kevin Smith should focus on making movies and not talking about himself. Didn't he sue an airline because they said he was to fat to fly without buying two tickets?
ReplyDeleteI don't think he sued, but he tried to embarrass them by talking about it all over the place. I think that plan backfired a bit though.
